How it works
From applying to a certificate
We sell a structured path rather than a bag of hours. Here is the whole of it, in order.
- 1
Apply
Two minutes, no payment. Tell us your level as best you can and when you are free — we take it from there.
- 2
Placement conversation
A short call, free, with no test to revise for. We place you where you actually are, which is frequently not where you assumed.
- 3
Tell us your week
You mark the hours you could genuinely attend on a weekly grid. This is the single thing that decides how quickly you are placed.
- 4
We form your cohort
We group learners at the same level and pace whose availability actually overlaps, never more than 3 to a class, and assign a teacher cleared for your level.
- 5
Your timetable arrives
The whole term is scheduled at once — every session, to the end of the level. Subscribe to it from Google or Apple Calendar and it stays in step with any change.
- 6
You learn, and we keep the record
Attendance, hours, lesson progress and your teacher's notes, all in one place. 72 hours later the level is complete.
- 7
Certificate
Issued when you have completed the hours and attended at least 70% of them. It carries a serial anyone can verify online.
Two things worth knowing early
Your availability decides the wait
We can only form a cohort where three learners at the same level and pace are free at the same time. Marking more hours you could attend is the single most effective thing you can do to be placed sooner — and you are never held to an hour you did not mark.
The timetable is fixed for the whole level
Every session is scheduled the moment your cohort forms, to the end of the level. That is what lets you plan around it — and it means a change is a deliberate, visible act rather than a moving target. If a class is cancelled, a replacement is added at the end: you receive the 72 hours you paid for.
